Agreement
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Flyosim LLC, the owner and operator of Dayyoo. By accessing dayyoo.com or using Dayyoo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using Dayyoo
Flyosim LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dayyoo for lawful, non-commercial language learning, subject to these terms.
- Do not misuse Dayyoo, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Dayyoo or its content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Keep your account credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Learning content
Dayyoo provides vocabulary, pronunciation, examples, quizzes, and writing tools for general educational purposes. Language is contextual and can vary by region and situation. We work to keep content useful and accurate, but Dayyoo is not a substitute for professional translation, interpretation, legal, medical, or other expert advice.
Subscriptions, free trials, and cancellation
When Dayyoo Plus becomes available, the price, billing interval, trial length, and renewal terms shown in the purchase screen will apply. Subscriptions purchased on iPhone are billed and managed by Apple. Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, a subscription renews automatically until cancelled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the stated deadline. Dayyoo may offer a one-time courtesy reminder, but you remain responsible for managing your subscription. Refunds are handled under Apple’s applicable policies and law.
Ownership
Dayyoo, the Yoo mascot, software, visual design, text, graphics, audio, trademarks, and other original content are owned by Flyosim LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features, languages, plans, or content. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or misuse. We do not promise that Dayyoo will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dayyoo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Flyosim LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Dayyoo. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Dayyoo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk or harm, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to legal@dayyoo.com.
